Where are parties held?
Our primary location is at the Ironbridge Sports Park plaza on the second floor, 11400 Ironbridge Rd, Chester, VA 23831. We are open Thursdays through Saturdays from 10:00 AM to closing (except major holidays).

We have a Mobile Unit!—WE WILL COME TO YOU! You can scheduled an event for any day of the week except Sunday (all day). To schedule an event please call us at 804-930-7423.
How do I schedule an event?
There are two ways.
- Call us at 804-930-7423!
- You can send us an email with the details of your party and the time you want to host it. Someone will call you back with confirmation of your request within 24 hours.
Can I bring wine?
We do not provide alcohol nor do we provide food and drinks. For any event where our mobile unit is providing a service, we will not host an event where alcohol is served to participants under 21 years of age. Call for a direct answer.
What should I wear?
We encourage everyone to wear something that you would not be afraid to get paint on. We will provide an apron, but please know that paint does have a way of getting on other parts of clothing.
What size canvas do you use?
We use a variety of sizes that could range from 8X10, 11×14, 16×20.
What type of classes do you offer and how much does it cost?
We offer different options to paint.
Are there requirements that I need to be aware of?
Each group session must have a minimum of 5 participants. (If you want to schedule a mobile unit to come to you, there must be a minimum of 10 participants).
a. We offer classes for adults who desire to have a date night, special events, team gathering and more.
b. We offer classes for the entire family including older children and friends (tweens and teens)
c. We can host special events such as Date Nights for more than one couple, Small Groups for churches, Birthday parties, Family Nights by the pool or Team Building projects (specially designed to help people work together and to solve a problem). Each party cost is based on canvas size. Some prices may vary. We can offer discounts for grouping and size of groups.

11X14 size – $35.00
12X16 size – $45.00
16X20 size – $55.00
Other size canvases are available and at times we may introduce other mediums to paint on.
Do you have a mobile unit that can come to me?
Yes we do! We encourage you to call ahead to schedule an event and for details. To come to you would require a minimum of 10 people to participate. All of the materials to paint a work of art will be brought to you. You can choose a pre-sketched canvas or we can work with you on a special design.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, and Discovery. We do not accept checks.
We offer rental space?
Rental space is available. Call for details and availability. A security deposit is required to secure the space.
SPECIAL EVENTS – OTHER OPTIONS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT
CREATE 4 A CAUSE— CRE8CAFE was created to assist churches, charitable and non-profit organizations as a way of connecting with the community. We therefore offer opportunities where groups can use our service as a means of FUNDRAISING. For every event held we will give up to 50% of the proceeds to the cause. This includes school groups, small groups, local kids sports teams. If you want to know if we can help, ask us! We will partner with you at your location or our location. For every person who attends a paint party/event we will make a donation to your cause or designated charity.
SUMMER CAMP/CAMP PROJECT – We also feature a special Summer Project/Summer Camp that is designed to teach Character Education and inspirational lessons to children ages 7 thru 12. We discuss a topic, afterwards we convert the topic into a mural with a message. Converting the image into a mural is the fun part. We work to complete a panel a day until our story is complete. We then take the finished panels and create a maze to be displayed to the public for friends and family to view and experience.
This project is an outreach to teach children Character Education through a fun and cre8tive medium. In conjunction with CRE8 Cafe we use art as a way to experience and express ourselves to the world. These sessions are held throughout the summer in various locations. They are designed to take 2 to 3.5 hours depending on the camp. In some cases parents are asked to participate.
CANCELLATION, RESERVATION, TRAVEL POLICY
We require a deposit to reserve your requested date. We reserve the right to cancel your event if payment is not received. Any deposit will be refunded if you provide cancellation notice 72 hours before your party. All private parties require a deposit (1/2 of required party minimum) to reserve your requested date (applied to your final payment). Final payment and guest count is due 1 weeks prior to your event, 2 weeks for groups of 15 or more. Cancellations for a private party must occur one week prior to scheduled event. All other types of cancellation must occur 72 hours prior to scheduled event.
